    •  I can still freely use the graphic I/we designed for you
    •  I/We can still use the image should others want the same or modified a idea

NOTE:  
If someone else buys the the exclusive rights then, the graphic design can't be used by You or I/Us.        

EXCLUSIVE:   
IT'S 100% YOURS

MEANS:
The Rights to the Graphic Design Produced for you by Me/Us is 100% Yours.  You and you alone Own and may use or distribute the design as you see fit.

I/We warrant that I/We created the Graphic Design that You Purchased and that we have the RIGHT(S) to sell it without liability to the Purchasers/You
