Her voice and everything changes. Now she sounds more proper.

Icara:To be honest I can't tell the difference.

Tessa:That's good.

Icara:Okay...see you two in a bit.

Yuro:Be careful.

They icara smiles back at us while tessa looks nervous. Then Icara grabs Tessa's arm.

Tessa:Eh?

Icara:Lets go!

They suddenly sprint out the door and we see looks at the camera to follow what they are doing.

Tessa:Why are you so fast!?

She's taking off at what feels like 100s of miles on foot!

Icara:Consider it a trait.

We run what feels like all the way across the city and then I stop noticing it nearby. It's like a building in the middle of the desert. We can see it and the guards but they can't see us.

Icara:Okay you prepared?

I shake my head a bit dizzy and the come back to my senses

Tessa:Yeah. But how are you going to get in?

Icara:Just trust me. I can get in.

Tessa:..okay..

I step out and start walking towards the facility and see two guards. Our colors are purple and green or sometimes gold. But they are wearing purple and red. I step to go down the stairs.

Guard1:Name?

Tessa:Brinata schwartz.

Guard1:Sounds official.

The second guard starts sniffing.

Tessa:...sir...what are you doing?

Guard2:Makin sure...you smell like one of ours. Head on in.

I step in and walk down the stairs. Icara then contacts me on the headset.

Icara:(Smell? What are your guards dogs?)

Tessa:(I've never seen them do that before! Their armor. Their armor is also the wrong color.)

Icara:(Does that matter?)

Tessa:(I know fugitives don't have a dress code but in the army things like that are important. That doesn't accidently happen.)

I step inside and see all the machines and stuff that I'm used too. Icara on the other hands sounds amazed.

Icara:(Holy shit! You guys have all this futuristic looking stuff?)

Tessa:(Well of course. We were up to date.)

Icara:(And we still managed to beat your ass?)

Tessa:(.......)

Icara:(Im joking....sorta. Focus! Check for a scientist.)

Tessa:(Right. Did you get in yet?)

Icara:(Mhmm. I'm in a vent)

I don't even wanna ask how she managed to do that so fast with no cloaking ability at all. I look around for a scientist and start heading for the east wing of the facility where the engineering is done. As I walk around I bump into someone by accident.

Tessa:Ughf!

I almost fall down as whatever I bumped into was very solid. Almost like a wall. I look up and see it's the guy from before.

Icara:(Holy shit thats a big guy)

???:Hm? You okay?

Tessa:M...Me..? I'm fine.

???:Good. Don't want to hurt my partner's pawns.

Icara:(Stop stuttering makes you suspicious)

???:...hmm...I sense fear. Do you know me scientist?

Icara:(He can sense fear? Dudes like a mutant dog)

Scientist:Y...You with the boss?...don't tell him I bumped into...our guest that's my job on the line.

???:Tcht...What did I expect. Your secret safe with me pawn.

He walks away. He's very imposing. His aura alone scares me.

Icara:(Nice lie but who is that?)

Tessa:(that's the guys...who did that to booz! What on earth is he doing here?)

Icara:(Didn't you say that they met on the other earth? If he's here surely that's no good.)

I don't notice I'm just staring at him until someone bumps into me again. Wearing a black duster and bandanna around his mouth.

???2:Tcht.

He keeps walking.

Tessa:(That's his henchmen too! The one who was with us!)

Icara:(Didn't you say there were two of them?)

I look around and don't see the second one anywhere.

Tessa:(Because there was...I don't see the second one....I have a bad feeling about this...)

Icara:(We should see if we can check on both of them..)

Tessa:(They are going towards the barracks it seems on the other side of the building. I can only do one at a time.)

Icara:(...to be honest this portal situation can be resolved whenever. But this guy if he's as big of a threat as you say he is. We should check on him first.)

Tessa:(I agree.)

I go into a bathroom stall and transform again this time into a soldier and step back out.

Tessa:(now lets catch up.)

I walk around and manage to see the guy who bumped into me earlier. I follow him for a bit and then he enters a room.

Icara:(You wanna peak in or go in.)

Tessa:(for booz...double or nothing.)

I slowly step into the room and see two of our normal soldiers in purple and green knocked to the ground with a red and black soldier standing over them. She has no mask on like the others and has a black mark on her face and dark black eyes with red pupil. The mercenary and his other henchmen who bumped into me are in here along with some other black and red soldiers and invulpes. The second I step in the room I feel a chill down my spine and like there is a pit in my stomach.

Soldier1:Ghhgnn...

Mercenary Girl:You guys are surprised you couldn't stop them? Psht I was barely trying.

Soldier2:Nrhgh....shut up.

The girl whips her head towards the soldier.

Mercenary girl:Excuse me?

I notice she has claw weapons and walks over to the soldier who is barely awake.

Soldier2:You heard me..

I notice that her facial expression doesn't change but she seems angered by this comment.

Mercenary:I'm gonna claw your damn eyes out you piece of...

???:That's enough. Youve shown your capabilities to our client.

The girl stops.

Mercenary girl:But of course.

Invulpes:Soldier you are not to harass our teammates do you understand?

Soldier2:..sir...these mercs are.

Invulpes:Not another word. Before I make you janitor for a week.

Soldier2:Grhg...

The soldier slowly gets up and picks up his friend and they both sit in a corner of this training room. The girl walks up to the mercenary leader and he rubs her head.

???:There any doubts she can kill them commander?

Invulpes:Not much. But surely you understand they have been on the radar for a bit.

She turns her head and stares at invulpes.

Mercenary girl:they've never fought me...and they will never fight anything like me.

???:Yes. I assure you she is more...efficient then most of your soldiers.

Invulpes:We will see.

Icara:(I wish we got here sooner to see what this girl's deal is. can't just be claws. Me and dicarius have dealt with that before.)

The two henchmen stare at invulpes. The man looked more annoyed than the girl whose facial expression still hasn't changed.

???:If this doesn't work commander. I'll take some price off of our fee.

The mercenary girl chuckles.

Mercenary girl:So be prepared to pay full price.

Invulpes:I see...

???:I do believe we are done here then commander.

Invulpes:May I leave these two for training.

The two soldiers in the corner seem to pause.

Soldier1:Wait sir!

Invulpes:It's just a boost. Don't be so worried.

One of the red and purple soldiers speak.

Merc soldier:You'll be better than you are now. That's for sure.

Another one speaks.

Merc soldier2:Because that was pretty damn pathetic.

Invulpes:I'll see you later then.

???:Of course.

Invulpes steps out the room along with the purple and green soldiers except for the two who lost.

???:Well let's get this over with.

Mercenary girl:This never gets old. Seeing the boss just be...so cool.

Mercenary man:agreed.

The girl seems a bit more gitty in her voice then the man. Who seems more cold and unfeeling. The 2nd soldier stands up.

Soldier2:I don't know what you did to the others! But...but I won't let you do it to me.

Soldier:Olsen...we can't win.

Soldier2:I don't care, I'm not going down like this!

???:Oh..I like your courage. But you should listen to your friend. There is no hope for you here.

Soldier2:N...NRAHHH!

The soldier punches the merc leader in the chest. He doesn't even flinch.

???:it's almost incredible how weak you guys are. You understand there is no place for you in this world.

Soldier2:Wh..what are you?

The leader punches the soldier and the soldier flies into a wall. Most of his armor shatters upon impact with the punch along with the audible sound of a crack.

Soldier2:NRGAGH!

Icara:(.....this guy...this guys gonna be a problem.)

The soldier clutches his chest and can't seem to breath. I'm getting a bit shaky just by watching it.

Soldier2:...my....my ribs...

The leader slowly walks up the soldier.

Soldier2:Your all monsters....I want you to know that.

???:the validation of weaklings isn't required for me.

He jams his thumb into the soldier's neck. Blood soaks the thumb and the soldier grasps at it.

Soldier2:NRAGGHHGG!?!

His blood curdling scream can certainly be heard from miles away.

???:Hmm.

He pulls his thumb out of the soldier's neck. Then the soldier's eyes suddenly open wide.

Soldier2:Gr...Grahggh!

His veins start to grow in his body. His muscle mass grows as well. His eyes gain an inhuman glow to them and his wounds seem to heal.

Soldier2:Grngg....What is this power...I feel...I feel like I can crush anything!

He punches a wall and the wall indents around the punch. Leaving a huge hole.

Icara:(No wonder the red ones seem stronger...)

???:Welcome to the realm of gods.

Soldier2:...nrah!

Mercenary man:there are always ingreats until they receive the gift. Always. If the money wasn't here I would kill all of them.

Mercenary girl:Agreed. There's so much warm....flowing weakling
blood in this building.

Icara:(Let's keep an eye on her. She seems a bit...on the dangerous side)

Soldier1:Olsen...are you...okay?

Soldier2:I've..I've never felt better!

???:It's your turn now.

I can't watch that again. I step out of the room and walk a little. I feel instantly better by not being in the same room as that man. I then look at my hand and notice its trembling a little.

Tessa:(..Im shaking....)

Icara:(pull it together..your doing great so far)
