Icara takes Tessa home and drops her off home and yuro puts her in his bed and takes care of her while Icara and Dicarius discuss what's been discovered. It's been 5 hours since their investigation.

Yuro:C'mon wake up.

I've put ice on her forehead and everything. I checked to see if she was breathing and she was but she passed out with her eyes open and it's lowkey freaking out. She then blinks.

Yuro:Oh thank god.

I see the light in her eyes return and she blinks a few more times and then speaks.

Tessa:Ugh...wh...what happened?

Yuro:Icara said you had passed out after running into some muscular dude too many times.

Tessa:..Guess he got the better of me..

Yuro:What happened?

Tessa:He has this...aura about him. It sent shivers down my spine and everything.

Yuro:Considering the fact that you lived a massive explosion and that managed to knock you out is kinda scary.

Tessa:Yeah...*cough*

Yuro:Ah don't start throwing up again!

Tessa:No I'm good. I'm good.

She tries to move and I stop her.

Yuro:You just stay there.

Tessa:....You better hope you don't run into him.

Yuro:H..huh?

Tessa:If he did that to me....who knows what that would do to a normal human like you.

Yuro:I wouldn't like to think about it....

Tessa:Thanks for helping me.

Yuro:*sigh* No problem it's the least I could do.

We hear a ding at the door.

Yuro:Ehg who is that..?

Tessa:Probably none of the mercs...they wouldn't bother to ring the bell.

I hear Dicarius downstairs.

Dicarius:Ah god not you!?

I then hear Amy's voice.

Amy:I came to see yuro!

Yuro:Ehg not now....this look's bad.

Tessa:who's that?

Yuro:A friend of mine....with very bad timing.

It goes silent.

Amy:Wait, you're the girl from school! What are you doing here?

I then hear icara.

Icara:I mean...I live here.

Amy:...Where's yuro.

I swear I hear dicarius snicker.

Dicarius:Oh he's upstairs alone. You can go meet him.

Why did he just lie like that! That's going to make it worse!

Icara:Ya go ahead.

I hear her walking up the stairs. Tessa kinda awkwardly stares at me.

Tessa:...You want me to hide or something?

I sigh and look back at Tessa

Yuro:No. I don't even really care what happens. You just make sure you don't throw up your guts.

Tessa:...

Amy steps in my room and sees me sitting in front of Tessa who is laying in my bed.

Amy:........?

Yuro:Hey amy.

Tessa looks and does a little wave.

Amy:What's going on in your house? The walls are cracked and damaged and that room at the end of the hall looks like a warzone and what's with the red paint downstairs?

Me and Tessa look at each other and pause for a second.

Yuro:I tripped and spilled a bucket of red paint for a school trip.

Amy:And uhm...who's this?

Tessa:Im...

Yuro:She's my friend. She's just stopping by.

Amy:Okay...I guess. Why is she in your bed though?

Yuro:Oh she just got a cold and..we don't have any other beds so I let her use mine.

She rubs the back of her head.

Amy:okay....um....anyways...I brought you some stuff.

Yuro:?

She walks up and hands me a bag of candies and stuff.

Amy:My brother kinda got my credit card and bought a lot of snacks. As punishment I told him I trashed them but I don't wanna waste any.

Yuro:I can have all of these?!

These bags are packed! He musta spent 100s on this much!

Amy:Since I thought there were just two of you living here I thought it would be fine but since there's three of you...you shouldn't have any problems with eating it.

Yuro:Thank you so much!

Amy:....your welcome.

She waves at me then I hear her leave out the front door.

Tessa:Why did you cover for me?

Yuro:She doesn't know any of this. So i'm trying to keep it hidden from her.

Tessa:She doesn't remember last time?

Yuro:Nope she was out cold and she told me she doesn't remember that day.

Tessa:hmm. I forgot how frail humans are here.

She slowly gets up.

Yuro:Didn't I tell you not to get up.

Tessa:It's fine. We humans heal differently than yours.

Yuro:Wait, you're still a human?

Tessa:Yes. I just have hair, mind control and shapeshifting abilities

Yuro:The way dicarius worded it...he made you sound like a different race.

Tessa:People try to act like we are really different due to our power but yeah i'm still human.

Yuro:Can you do that mind control thing to anyone.

Tessa:.....No....it works if someone has a weaker will then me but otherwise no. Like if I did it to Dicarius it probably wouldn't work.

Yuro:So you don't have any real combat abilities other than the hair then.

Tessa:Not really. That's why I'm usually sent on infiltration...or was anyway.

I then hear icaras voice from downstairs

Icara:Hey yuro is she awake?

Yuro:Yeah!

Both Icara and Dicarius come upstairs and sit on the floor.

Icara:So me and Dicarius think that claw girl is coming after us soon.

Tessa:...

Dicarius:Why would you hype up someone so much if they were going to do some bullshit later instead of now.

Icara:Only problem is that girl looked barely human if any. How do you kill a robot?

Tessa:Well if her head can spin the whole way. I don't think anything involving her upper half would do much.

Icara:She would probably live having a hole punched into her unlike the others.

Dicarius:Who cares?

Icara tessa and yuro:Huh?

Dicarius:Just beat her till she can't move anymore. Booz couldn't die before. I would just beat him to a pulp till he left.

Tessa looks down. Icara notices it and punches his arm.

Dicarius:What? Who else can I compare to if you want me to be sensitive?

Tessa:.....It's fine he's right.

Icara:The other one seemed human. So other then raw skill we can deal with him like the others.

Tessa:I don't know about the leader though....I haven't seen anyone hurt him.

Icara:Did you guys have any records of him?

Tessa:I had seen his face in reports before but invulpes wouldn't go after him.

Dicarius:So he didn't fear me enough to step sending people but this guy crossed the line?

Tessa:No offense but being in the same room as you doesn't make people pass out.

Dicairus:psht...

Icara:I would say it's impressive that he tanked the soldier's punch but I've seen Dicarius do that sometimes too. We need to see him in action other than that thumb thing.

Tessa:...they called that a gift....that's a curse. That soldier's whole thought process seemed to change.

Icara:Probably has influenced their thoughts. That was too sudden of a change.

Yuro:So he can just influence anyone to become one of those freaks? Should that worry us?

Icara:Not really. I think me and Dicarius could handle them as we have before.

Yuro:We haven't been attacked by multiples at a time though.

Tessa:I might even be able to do something...

Dicarius:You don't have any combat powers.

Tessa:If it's something that simple as influencing the brain....I can do the same. I might even be able to mind control or knock out some of them if they are in low numbers.

Icara:That could be helpful. But..I don't like fighting something I know nothing about.

Dicarius:We do it all the time!

Icara:YOU do it all the time. I'm usually a bit informed before.

Yuro: I know this is unrelated but what happened to your camera tessa?

Tessa:Huh?

She checks her belt and seems to notice she doesn't have it anymore.

Tessa:I must have dropped it in the bathroom when I had fallen down...

I pull out the tablet icara said I could see the footage from and show it to her.

Yuro:It seems to be in some storage room.

Tessa:...You guys want more info right?

Icara nods.

Tessa:...okay...

She lifts both her arms then her hair starts floating and something on the table moves in front of the camera. 

Dicarius:?

She makes it jump up in the air and it flings into the metal ceiling.

Dicarius:What the fuck are you doing?

Tessa:Please let one of those mutants check...please let one of those mutants check.

It bounces around more and then someone slams the storage door open. It's a red and purple soldier.

Soldier:WHAT THE HELL IS MAKING ALL THAT DAMN NOISE?!

He looks around.

Tessa:Don't...miss!

The projectile suddenly flings into the soldiers neck.

Soldier:GRHGH!?! GRR? Ngh....nhhg .

He falls onto his knees and then stops grunting.

Tessa:Perfect.

The soldier gets up and picks up the camera.

Yuro:Are you...?

Tessa:I happened to leave some of my pins in that room. Let's check the computers.

Yuro:For?

Tessa:I may have never heard of him but...there should be data somewhere.

She makes him walk across the halls past a bunch of soldiers and into a room full of scientists. She then makes him get on a computer.

Tessa:Lets see...I would assume he would be on the wanted list.

She makes him hit a tab called wanted and a bunch of names show up. Including Dicarius and Icara.

Dicarius:You guys even got me in the system?

Tessa:Yeah.

Dicarius:Do I get a bio?

She pauses

Tessa:Yea?

Dicarius:Huh...neat.
